Vratno (German: Thörl)[2] is a settlement in the Žumberak/Gorjanci Hills in the Municipality of Šentjernej in southeastern Slovenia. It was traditionally part of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Southeast Slovenia statistical region.[3]
