In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the volt is a type of aberration.
Publication history
The volt first appeared in White Dwarf #7 (June 1978). The volt appeared in the original first edition Fiend Folio (1981).[1]
The volt appeared in second edition Advanced Dungeons & Dragons in the Monstrous Compendium Fiend Folio Appendix (1992).[2]
Description
A volt is a small animal with the ability to shock other creatures.
