Voghji (Armenian: Ողջի) is a town in the Shirak Province of Armenia. Until 1991 the town's name was Okhchogly or Okhchoglu (Azerbaijani: Oxçuoğlu, Russian: Охчоглу).[1][2][3]
Population
According to "Caucasian Calendar" of 1912, 930 people, mainly Azerbaijanis shown in the calendar as Karapapaks, lived in village Okhchoglu of Kars Okrug of Kars Oblast.[4]
