Vocapia Research, formerly Vecsys Research,[1] is a high tech research and development company (R&D), developing technologies for multilingual, unconstrained speech-to-text transcription systems, automatic segmentation of audio data, as well as language and speaker recognition. Vocapia Research has developed speech recognition engines for conversational speech and broadcast data in multiple languages.
This core technology serves as the basis for a range of applications from interactive conversational systems to the automatic indexing of audio data. The company participated in the Quaero[2] program

Products
Vocapia's primary product is the VoxSigma[3] speech-to-text software suite designed for broadcast data and conversational data. VoxSigma is available as standalone software and web service. Vocapia is a provider of speech-to-text software and service for broadcast monitoring, lecture and seminar transcription, video subtitling, conference call transcription and speech analytics.
