Vital Bulyga (Belarusian: Віталь Булыга; Russian: Виталий Николаевич Булыга; born 12 January 1980 in Mogilev) is a football player from Belarus. He plays for FC Sakhalin Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

He plays for the Belarus national football team and scored two goals against Germany in a friendly match on 27 May 2008.
