Visa requirements for Kosovan citizens
Visa requirements for Kosovan citizens vary greatly between country.
Citizens of Kosovo can travel to at least 38 countries without a visa, or with a visa issued upon arrival in their Kosovo passport according to the Visa Restrictions Index.
In early May 2014 media sources in Kosovo now say that private citizens of Kosovo can now travel to at least 41 countries visa free. 12 countries which private citizens of Kosovo can enter visa free are as follows:[1]
- Albania,
- Macedonia,
- Montenegro,
- Turkey,
- Dominica,
- Ecuador,
- Gambia,
- Haiti,
- Micronesia,
- Niue,
- St Vincent and the Grenadines.
- Serbia
The other 30 countries which citizens of Kosovo can enter visa free will need to meet certain criteria such as paying a minimum visa fee or showing evidence of hotel accommodation. These countries consists of:[2]
