Virola venosa is a species of tree in the Myristicaceae family. It is found in Colombia, Venezuela and Brazil (in Amapá, Amazonas, Pará and Rondônia).[1] It grows 5–30 m tall.[1]
The fruits are ellipsoidal to subglobular, 19–22 mm long and 16-18mm in diameter.[1]
