Virginia Renaissance Faire (1996-1999)

The Virginia Renaissance Faire was a renaissance fair located in Fredericksburg, Virginia between 1996 and 1999. It was run by Renaissance Entertainment Corporation, until it was closed after multiple seasons of operating at a loss. It was reopened in 2002 by a volunteer organization, in nearby Spotsylvania.[1] Today, the site is overgrown, with many of the buildings still standing, though in poor repair.[2]
