Vincent Mauro

Vincent ("Vinnie") Mauro (born October 23, 1943; Pratola Serra, Avellino) is a retired Italian-born American (soccer) referee. He is best known for having refereed one match in the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy.[1]

Mauro is known to have served as a FIFA referee during the period from 1986[2] to 1991.[3] His international competitions include the 1989 Copa América,[4] the 1988 Asian Cup,[5] the 1987 FIFA World Youth Championship,[6] the 1988 Olympic tournament[7] in Seoul, and 1990 World Cup qualifiers.[8]
