Viktor Bushuev
Viktor Georgievich Bushuev (Russian: Виктор Георгиевич Бушуев, May 18, 1933 - April 25, 2003) was a Russian weightlifter and Olympic champion who competed for the Soviet Union. Bushuev competed as a Lightweight (67.5 kg) and held 3 world records.[1]
He won the lightweight weightlifting gold medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome defeating 34 other finalists including silver medalist Tan Howe Liang from Singapore.[2]
