Victor Jörgen Nilsson Lindelöf (born 17 July 1994) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as either a defender or defensive midfielder for Benfica B in Portugal.
Club career
Early career
Lindelöf has played in numerous youth clubs as IK Franke, Västerås IK and Västerås SK.
Västerås SK
In September 2010, Lindelöf made his debut for Västerås SK when the team won against BK Forward with 3-0.[1] In the same season, he helped his team to advance a step higher onto the Swedish second highest league Superettan.[2]
Benfica B
On 1 December 2011, Lindelöf signed a contract deal with Benfica which was extended over the next 5 years in the summer 2012.[3]
On 19 October 2013, he debuted for Benfica's first team in a Portuguese Cup win against Cinfães (0–1), playing the full game.
