Victor Cooks

Victor Cooks was a political candidate in Wisconsin. In 1944, he ran for the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin's 1st congressional district.[1] He lost to incumbent Lawrence H. Smith. In 1946, Cooks was a candidate for the 21st district of the Wisconsin State Senate.[2] He lost to Edward F. Hilker. Cooks was a member of the Socialist Party of America.
