The Viña del Mar psychopaths (Spanish: Psicópatas de Viña del Mar) was the name given to the Chilean serial killer duo Jorge José Sagredo Pizarro (August 22, 1955 - January 29, 1985) and Carlos Alberto Topp Collins (January 25, 1950 - January 29, 1985). They committed ten murders and four rapes from August 5, 1980 to November 1, 1981, in the city of Viña del Mar. They are also known for being the last men to be executed in Chile.[1]
