Vertex Tower and Residences is 125 metres (410 ft) tall up-scale residential tower,[3] located in the district of Al Abdali, in Amman, Jordan. It is part of the Abdali Downtown Project.[3] The tower contains indoor parking, cafés, shops, gym, library, and a private cinema.[2][4] Sub-floor heating, individual room controls for air conditioning and voice-over IP phones are also provided for every apartment.[4] There are 40 types of apartments distributed randomly in the building, ranging from a total floor area of 100-400.[5]
