The Vanuatu national rugby league team represent Vanuatu in international rugby league tournaments. The national team is run by Vanuatu Rugby League (VRL) and was founded in 2011. VRL was formed by Australian Dane Campbell and a number of administrators wishing to introduce rugby league to Vanuatu.[1] They played their first international match against Greece in Port Vila on October 20, 2012, and lost 14-24.[2][3]
