Vanessa Pinheiro, born 1980, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter from Brasília. Pinheiro has released two solo albums, both produced by world renowned jazz bass player Arthur Maia. Her music is influenced by MPB and Bossa nova. [1]
Pinheiro was also featured on the compilation album The Chico Buarque Experience, where singers from Brazil sing English translations of songs by Chico Buarque, alongside Jorge Vercillo and Zé Renato.
