Van Day Truex

Van Day Truex (1904–1979) is an American fashion designer and former president of the Parsons School of Design. In 2001 Adam Lewis wrote Truex's life story in the book Van Day Truex: The Man Who Defined Twentieth-Century Taste and Style.[1] He was also an artist[2] and a 1975 inductee into the International Best Dressed Hall of Fame.[3]
