"Valentine" is a song by Delays, released as the first single from their second album You See Colours in 2006.
The music video received regular play on MTV and the single reached #23 in the UK charts, spending 2 weeks in the top 40 in total.[1] The video can also be found on YouTube and the Delays official website.
In a 2006 review of "Valentine" the NME stated that the song was "arguably the best thing [Delays] have ever done" and was "one of those singles that makes you sit up and take notice".[2] The lyrics were inspired by Hurricane Katrina.
