Vũ Miên
Vũ Miên (1717–1782), is a scholar from 18th century to pre-19th century in Vietnam history.
Biography
Vũ Miên was born in 1717 in former Xuân Lan village, currently is Ngọc Quan thorp - Lương Tài district, Bắc Ninh province.
Vũ Miên is the only son of a great mandarin in Le-Trinh dynasty. Vũ Miên did get highest scores in many Confucian examinations, then finally got Jinshi title in 1748 with rank 3th over 13 Jinshi candidates.
