Usher Morgan (born May 23, 1985) is a film director, producer, publishing executive and entrepreneur based in New York City.
Personal life and career
Morgan was born in Israel and immigrated to the United States in his early twenties. He founded companies in the publishing, real estate and film production industries.[1] After experimenting with short films, Morgan began producing and directing independent films. His first feature film The Thought Exchange starring David Friedman and Lucie Arnaz was released in New York City in 2012.[2][3][4] Morgan claims his narrative directing style is inspired primarily by film noir [5] and spaghetti westerns.
