Urtext Film Productions is a film company located in Adelaide, South Australia. The company was founded by Matthew Salleh, with Rose Tucker as head of production. Please Don't Rush is a short documentary filmed in Laos, about a school for the blind. The film was directed by Matthew Salleh and produced by Rose Tucker. It had its world premiere at Byron Bay Film Festival.[6][7][8]

Central Texas Barbecue, about the lives of various barbecue pitmasters, had its world premiere at the 2014 Sydney Film Festival.[9]
