Untitled Velraj Project

The untitled project of Velraj was decided in November 2014. Actor Dhanush will be producing the film. Anirudh Ravichander was confirmed as music director of the film by Dhanush. The shooting of the film started on 20 March 2015.^[1]

Production

Initially, Trisha was selected as heroine in the film. But she backed out of the film for some unknown reason.^[2] Samantha and Amy Jackson in the film.^[3] Shooting of the film, to start in February 2015. Dhanush, Samantha and Amy Jackson have equal roles in the film.^[4]The shooting started on 20th March 2015. A scene with Dhanush and Amy Jackson was shot near and inside a temple.^[5] It is reported that Dhanush may play a role of a student in this movie. Velraj also said that Dhanush has already composed a song^[6]The first schedule of the film finished on 31/3/15 in Chennai.^[7]Velraj mentions that 33 minutes of the film has been shot and is ready.This portion is so perfect that it does not require any trimming, he says. Second schedule of the movie starts on 16th April,2015. Dhanush is shooting in the school he studied from LKG to 10th std.^[8] Amy Jackson will appear in the 1st half of the film while Samantha will appear in the 2nd half. The movie team were pondering the title of film as "Tea Kada Raja" though nothing finalized.^[9]Second Schedule ended on 1st May 2015 with next schedule in June 2015. In June schedule, Dhanush will be sporting a different mature look for the second half of the film.^[10]In June Schedule, Samantha will join the team^[11]
