Unser Charly is a German television series produced by Phoenix Film and broadcast on ZDF. The show features a chimpanzee named Charly raised by the veterinarian Dr. Philip. After Philip's death from a rock slide in episode 38, Dr. Max Henning runs the veterinary for the rest of the show. It ran from December 27, 1995 to June 9, 2012.
