The University of Zalingei is a university based in the town of Zalingei in the state of Central Darfur, Sudan. The university was established in 1994 as a public university funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.[2] As of September 2011, the university was a member in good standing of the Association of African Universities.[3]
