Uniana (Korean: 유니아나) is an arcade and online video game production company that was founded in January 1988 as UNiCO Electronics (Korean: 유니코電子)[1] in Seoul, South Korea. The company was renamed to Uniana in June 2001.[1] Originally a manufacturer of arcade games, Uniana shifted its focus towards developing PC online games since the mid-2000s, while continuing to publish Konami's arcade games in Korea.[1] Uniana was never a subsidiary of Konami[1] and never changed its name to Konami Korea.[1] The company continues to operate independently as Uniana.[1]
