Umeå East Station (Swedish: Umeå Östra) is a railway station in Umeå, Sweden. The station was inaugurated on 28 August 2010, but it was put to use already on 7 August when Umeå Central Station was turned off for renovation.[1] It was built in connection with the construction of the Bothnia Line (Botniabanan) to Umeå.
