Umamah bint Abu al-'As bin al-Rabi' (Arabic: أمامة بنت ابو العاص بن الربيع) was a daughter of Zainab and granddaughter of the Islamic prophet, Muhammad. She is also numbered among the Sahaba of Muhammad.
After the death Fatimah, she married Ali ibn Abu Talib. They had a son, Hilal ibn Ali. She died in 66 AH (circa 685 CE).
