Ulëz is a municipality in the Mat District, Dibër County, northern Albania.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 1,229.[2] It was once part of the Oher Municipality, which was later divided between Mati and Mirdita. The region contains the recently proclaimed Ulza Regional Nature Park.
