Ugoszcz [ˈuɡɔʂt͡ʂ] (Kashubian: Ùgòszcz, German: Bernsdorf) is a village in Gmina Studzienice, Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Bytów and 76 km (47 mi) south-west of Gdańsk (capital city of the Pomeranian Voivodeship).

Prior to 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.

From 1975 to 1998 the village was in Słupsk Voivodeship.

It has a population of 740.
