USS Helena (CL-113) was a planned Fargo-class light cruiser of the United States Navy. The Helena was to be built by the New York Shipbuilding Corp. in Camden, New Jersey. Due to labor problems and interference with the construction of other ships, including the Worcester-class light cruisers, the Helena was cancelled on 5 October 1944 before being laid down.[1] [2]
