USA Parkway is a 21-mile (34 km) 4 lane highway being constructed between Interstate 80 and U.S. Route 50 in Nevada. It connects to I-80 near Tracy Clark Station in Storey County, and will eventually continue south to connect with US 50 near Silver Springs in Lyon County. Formerly proposed as State Route 805, the road is being built privately by the owners of an industrial park.[1]

USA Parkway is being constructed to serve the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center (TRIC), a large industrial park being developed east of Reno. USA Parkway will link the TRIC with Silver Springs Airport, providing access to convenient air-freight shipping.[2]

As of August 2009, 10 miles (16 km) of the highway has been completed, with additional 4 miles (6.4 km) awaiting asphalt, with an additional 7 miles (11 km) to U.S. Route 50 remaining.[3]

Due to Tesla's demand for alternate roadways and traffic to support the new GigaFactory, Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has approved a design/build project to complete the route in an expedited manner. The project, which includes NDOT taking over USA Parkway with a future designation of State Route 439, is planned for completion in December 2017 and expected to cost between $65 million and $70 million.
