There are a total of 24 teams participating in the league for the TB3L 2014–15 season. Each team play each other in their group twice during the regular season. Top 8 teams from each group qualify to elimination round (best of 3 games). Winners in elimination games qualify to Quarter Finals (best of 3 games). Winners in quarter finals qualify to final group (round robin). Top two teams in final group are promoted to Turkish Basketball Second League for the next season.
