Turduli Veteres
The Turduli Veteres, also known as "Ancient Turduli" or "Old Turduli" were an ancient (pre-Roman) tribe of Lusitania, akin to the Lusitanians and Calaicians or Gallaeci, living south of the estuary of the river Douro, in the north of modern Portugal. Their capital was Langobriga, or Longroiva (now Fiães, Santa Maria da Feira); other Turduli Veteres' towns were Talabriga (in the vinicity of Branca, Albergaria-a-Velha) and possibly Oppidum Vacca (Cabeço do Vouga).
