Truffle salt
Truffle salt is finishing salt, usually composed of sea salt that has been laced with fragrant pieces of black or white truffle.
It has a meaty, earthy flavor and is often added as a seasoning to egg, meat, and pasta dishes. Unlike truffle oil, truffle salt is not usually of synthetic origin.
