Trivone Digital Services Pvt Ltd. Trivone is a Bangalore-based digital media and content services company. Trivone creates and manages editorial content on the web, mobile and social media platforms.
Funding
In December 2011, the Bangalore-based company has raised an undisclosed amount in a series A round of funding from Accel Partners. The proceeds are reported to be used to meet the working capital requirements and also to push growth through the inorganic route in the months ahead.[1]
Accquisitions
Trivone has acquired the leading Indian technology portals Techtree, CXO Today and Channel Times from UTV New Media Ltd.
On November 29, 2013 Trivone acquired Bangalore-based content services company Godot Media, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will enable Trivone to provide a full service offering in the digital content services market in India and overseas.[2]
