Tristan Somchai Do (Thai: ทริสตอง สมชาย โด) is a Thai-French footballer who currently plays for BEC Tero Sasana in Thai Premier League.
Personal Life
Do's grandparents immigrated from Vietnam to Thailand. However, Do's father was born in Thailand and considers himself Thai. According to Do, his father never even visited Vietnam, and has no relation with the country. After that, his family moved to Paris, France where Do was born.
International Career
Do is eligible to play for France, Thailand, and Vietnam. The Vietnam Football Federation has contacted Do to play for them, but Do chose to play for Thailand, the country of his father's birth.
