Triplophysa stolickai is a species of stone loach in the genus Triplophysa. The specific name is also spelled stoliczkai or stoliczkae, but taxonomic sources use the spelling stolickai.[1][2] It is found in southern and central Asia. It grows to 15 cm (5.9 in) TL.[3]
Triplophysa stolickai is found in China, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and Uzbekistan.[3] It is found as high as 5,200 m (17,100 ft) asl in hot springs near the Longmu Lake in western Tibet, which is the highest altitude recorded for fish in Asia.[1]
