Tricho–dento–osseous syndrome

Tricho–dento–osseous syndrome is a condition with many features, including pitted teeth. It is autosomal dominant. It is characterized by curly and kinky hair at infancy that later straightens, absent mineralization of dental enamel, taurodontism and dental hypoplasia. Bone tends to be sclerotic bone and dense on radiograph and CT scan. It is autosomal dominant inheritance.^[1]
