Prior to establishing the Tribute brand Tony Hollingsworth also produced large-scale festivals for the Greater London Council and The Secret Policeman’s Third Ball for Amnesty International in 1987.
The directors of TIL are Neil McCartney, who among other things chairs the Independent Film Trust, and Akyaaba Addai-Sebo, who among other things founded Black History Month in the UK in October 1987.
