Travail, Genre et Sociétés is a biannual peer-reviewed academic journal which studies the differences between men and women in the workplace and, more broadly, the role of women in society. The editor-in-chief is Margaret Maruani (CNRS and Paris Descartes University).[1]

The journal is abstracted and indexed in the Social Sciences Citation Index[2] and Scopus.[3] According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2013 impact factor of 0.103, ranking it 37th out of 40 journals in the category "Women's Studies".[4]
