Biography
Transmission Recordings is a London-based independent record label originally founded in 1993, and re-launched as the audio division of The Notting Hill Music Group plc,[2] one of the world’s leading independent music publishers,[3] in 2010.
Transmission Recordings and Notting Hill Music recently had a twelve page feature in music industry publication Music Week. Published on the 25th of January 2013, the article was an in depth insight into how the company has developed and evolved over the years to become "one of the UK's best-loved global independent music fortresses" whilst over coming "the so-called collapse of the music industry".[4]
Transmission’s roster[5] includes over a dozen artists covering indie, pop and dance genres. It’s stated aims to build a diverse catalogue of master rights across all musical genres [6] for multi-territory release.

Transmission has signed and released records by artists including Natives (band), The Adventures of Stevie V, Lost Witness, Ayah Marar,[7] The King Blues,[8] Sam Gray,[9] Bleach Blood,[10] Casino,[11] Fugative, Ruby Goe, Kid Massive, Bodyrox, Duke, Antoine Becks, Kids In Glass Houses, Octaynium & Meital Dohan.[12]
