Train, Train (Blackfoot song)

"Train, Train" is a #38 Hot 100 song written by Shorty Medlocke and included on their 1979 album Strikes. Blackfoot frontman Ricky Medlocke's grandfather, Shorty, played the introduction, which features sound effects of a train's wheels and whistle, on a harmonica.

The song has appeared in the 2011 film Straw Dogs.

Several musicians have covered this song, including Dolly Parton, on her album "The Grass Is Blue", and Warrant, on the "Cherry Pie" record.
