Toshio Irie (入江 稔夫, born November 5, 1911) was a Japanese Olympic medalist in swimming at the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

Irie was born in Takatsuki, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from the Engineering Department of Waseda University. In 1928, he set a new world record for the 200 meter backstroke on October 14, 1928 with a time of 2 minutes 37.8 seconds. Selected to be a member of the Japanese swimming team at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics, Irie won the silver medal in the Men's 100 m Backstroke event, with teammates Masaji Kiyokawa and Kentaro Kawatsu taking the gold and bronze.
