Toronto Design Week

Toronto Design Week is a design industry showcase in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where numerous design exhibitions take place over a period of approximately one week towards the end of January.[1][2][3] The biggest event is the annual Interior Design Show (23-26 Jan. 2014), with over 50,000 visitors, the largest show of its kind in Canada.[4][5] Concurrently, the annual not-for-profit Toronto Design Offsite Festival (20-26 Jan. 2014), promotes over 60 independent art- and design-related exhibitions at various venues around Toronto, including the Gladstone Hotel's Come Up To My Room, an established annual alternative showcase for local design in its own right.[3][6] Schools with design programs, including OCAD University, Ryerson University, Sheridan College, and George Brown College also organize student exhibitions during this period.[7][8][9][10]
