Top Valley Academy (formerly Top Valley School) is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in the Top Valley area of Nottingham in the English county of Nottinghamshire.[1]
Previously a community school administered by Nottingham City Council, Top Valley School converted to academy status on 1 September 2012 and was renamed Top Valley Academy. The school is sponsored by Central College Nottingham[2] however it continues to coordinate with Nottingham City Council for admissions.
Top Valley Academy offers GCSEs and vocational courses as programmes of study for pupils. The school currently operates a vocational sixth form, but plans to offer academic courses such as A Levels in the future.[3]
