Toombul, Queensland
Toombul is a locality in northern Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is located in the suburb of Nundah. The locality contains a large shopping centre. The locality is centered around Sandgate Road, a major road that leads inbound towards the city, and outbound towards further northern suburbs.
Toombul was home to the infamous "Toombul Boys" gang during the early to mid 1990's. The gang relocated to Banyo and have since disbanded.
Transport
Toombul is a major transport interchange, containing a large bus station, with frequent services towards the City, Strathpine, Brookside, Chermside and many other areas throughout the northern suburbs of Brisbane. Frequent rail services run through the locality at Toombul Station.
