Tony Husband (broadcaster)
Tony Husband is a BBC broadcaster presenting sport nightly on BBC South Today and has hosted BBC Sport's award winning Late Kick Off programme in the South, West and South West.
Tony joined the ranks of BBC Match of the Day commentators in December 2013.
Alongside Match of the Day he commentates for The Football League Show on the BBC and is a regular reporter on the BBC's Final Score programme.
A keen follower of American sport, he has fronted Radio Five Live's NFL coverage and has also presented the BBC's MLB programming.
Tony commentates on global athletics events for the IAAF and has worked alongside the likes of Carl Lewis.
He started his career with BBC Radio Solent commentating on an FA Cup Final. His football commentary and reporting career includes covering Champions League and UEFA/Europa League matches. He also appears regularly on BBC News and has commentated on the Premier League for Five Live.
