Tony Gigot (Born 27 December 1990 in Avignon, France) is a professional rugby league footballer for the London Broncos.

Biography

2010

In 2010, Tony Gigot played 15 games in the Super League competition when he signed with the Catalans Dragons on a two year deal. He kicked two goals.

Gigot also represented Catalan in the 2010 Challenge Cup where he played 2 games and scored 1 try.

In 2010, Tony Gigot got his first taste of representative footy when he represented France in the Alitalia European Cup. He scored a try.

2011

In 2011, Gigot played 7 games throughout the season for the Catalan Dragons. He kicked 1 goal.

Gigot once again represented Catalan in the 2011 Challenge Cup where he played 1 game.

As well as playing for the Catalan Dragons, in 2011 Gigot played 9 games for Toulouse Olympique in the 2011 Championship. He scored 5 tries.

2012

Gigot signed with the Avignon Bisons to play in the 2012-2013 French Federation of Rugby League's Lord Derby Cup.

Gigot once again represented France by playing in a test match and 3 international matches.

2013

Gigot was given an early release by Avignon at the start of 2013 so he could travel to Australia for a chance to play in the Australian Nation Rugby League (NRL) competition. Gigot spent pre-season training with St. George Illawarra Dragons before signing a one year deal with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.

At the end of the year, Tony played for France in the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.

2014

In February 2014, the Super League club London Broncos announced the signing of Tony Gigot for the 2014 season.
