Tony Bishop (born July 16, 1989) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for Atléticos de San Germán of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He played college basketball for Texas State University.[1]
Professional career
Bishop went undrafted in the 2011 NBA draft. On September 16, 2011, he signed a one-year deal with the Aalborg Vikings of the Danish Basketball League.[2]
On September 4, 2012, Bishop signed a one-year deal with BC Nevėžis of the Lithuanian Basketball League.[2]
On November 1, 2013, Bishop was selected by the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the second round of the 2013 NBA Development League Draft.[3] On November 2, 2014, he was reacquired by the Vipers.[4] In April 2015, after the end of the 2014–15 D-League season, he signed with Atléticos de San Germán of Puerto Rico for the rest of the 2015 BSN season.[5]
