Toni Šunjić (born 15 December 1988) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Russian club FC Kuban Krasnodar.

Club career

Šunjić began his career with HŠK Zrinjski Mostar of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Premier League. In 2012, he joined Ukrainian club FC Zorya Luhansk.[1] On July 9th 2014, he signed a 3-year-deal with Russian club Kuban Krasnodar.[2]

International career

Šunjić made his international debut for Bosnia and Herzegovina in a friendly against Wales in Llanelli on 15 August 2012 coming on as a second-half substitute.[3]

In June 2014, he was named in Bosnia and Herzegovina's squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup[4] and played two matches against Nigeria and Iran.
